Zoo Project v Ushuia ANTS

Hi the girlfriend and I are going to ibiza for the 1st time in August for 3 nights of partying without the kids and we want to make sure we do as many of the best parties as we can. I'm undeicded wether to go to ANTS or Zoo prohect on saturday afternoon. What do you think would be best?

Not heard much about the Zoo Project this year. A few of my friends have said if it wasn't for the novelty of dressing up like animals, nobody would bother going.
 
Ants it is then! we r gona do cream amnesia on the thursday we arrive and pacha on the saturday! we r still undecided wer to go on friday? we r looking at ferry corsten at space or supermartxe at privelige! any suggestions?
 
I went to go to ants, got outside music was quiet and the tunes being played were pretty cr4p. Didn't bother going in.
 
I've only been to channel zoo (Wednesday) and I really enjoyed it both times.. I have heard it is less about dressing up more about music on this night. There could be a 'Music On' after party on Saturday somewhere you might be better off going to that.
 
now i'm confused! lol

think i will just see where i end up on the day...depending on what state im in i may not even remember anyway!
 
ANTS is quite good and is also the only event at ushuaïa which touches the 'underground' side of things. plus it's the cheapest day to get into ushuaïa too. decent line ups and it's working pretty well.

as for the zoo project - this is a unique party on the island. and while I agree that some people don't go there for the music (because they know it's all about fancy dress), you gotta admit they really have good line ups this year. I think this sometimes gets a bit forgotten when talking about the zoo project. it's not just about the fancy dresses really.

I think both parties are good events.
 
Have only been to Zoo three times, but personally I prefer Ants. It's the only party at Ushuaia with credible music. The party starts early and at the beach end meaning the atmosphere is much better, its not like a concert i.e. staring at a stage waving their hands in the air. The best time IMO is 6PM-10PM before it goes to the main stage (although it's still amazing after 10PM). Also, the production at Ushuaia is next-level this year!
 
So i went to the last Ants / Familia of August, 2 weeks ago. It was amazing, best event of the trip.

Obviously Familia has it's own night now so not sure how that will work.

When I went the backset up was busy when we got in at 6pm (Stacey Pullen and Ben Pearce played), it was very hot too. Music was great deep funky chunky house. At 9 they moved to the main stage and Joris and Nic smashed it.

Not sure if it will be the same set up for just Familia though? I know Joris and Nic have got rid off that metal structure from the main stage lol
