There's no such thing as a 'perfect week', you've got to have a fortnight. To do all the clubs you want to in a week is far too intense and leaves no time for any non-clubbing activities, but to take it relatively easy for a week would leave me feeling like I had missed out. So although this is laid out as a week, in reality I would do it over two and have some more relaxing days between the crazy days.
Saturday: Def Mix at Pacha - went to this on my first trip and it made a big impression, but have never quite managed a return visit. Start the evening with dinner in Dalt Vila and drinks in the harbour.
Sunday: We Love Sundays at Space - no trip is complete without it, all the better if Steve Lawler and Danny Howells are on duty.
Monday: Circo Loco at DC10 - visits to DC10 have a nasty habit of falling on a day when something goes wrong/I'm not in the mood for clubbing/someone isn't feeling well, but it's still the greatest clubbing experience on the planet.
Cocoon at Amnesia - Realistically, going to two clubs in a day isn't going to happen, but this is one of the few nights I've never been to but am dying to try out.
Tuesday: Carl Cox at Space - haven't been to this one either due to normally heading over in June but in an ideal world... (in a two-week holiday Defected would get a visit too).
Wednesday: probably a well-earned night off, possibly providing the opportunity to head over to Kumharas (but I just might be tempted by Garlands or La Troya.
Thursday: Cream at Amnesia - I rarely go to any trance nights these days, so Cream is a rare indulgence, especially if Paul van Dyk is on.
Friday: with no Azuli and Manumission moving to Amnesia, it's probably another chance for some non-clubbing pastimes, maybe Savannah or Cardomom club.
