It is an absolute pleasure to announce that Richard Thompson will be headlining Costa Del Folk Ibiza 2021.

Richard Thompson has been described as ‘the finest rock songwriter after Dylan and the best electric guitarist since Hendrix’. We don’t disagree, except to say that his work on acoustic guitar is also sensational.
Richard holds a coveted spot in Rolling Stone’s “Greatest Guitarists of All Time” and counts Lifetime Achievement Awards from both the Americana Music Association and the BBC among his many accolades. In 2011, he was awarded an OBE for services to music and we could not be happier that he is joining us in Ibiza.
