I have to arrange something like this for every event we have - somewhere posh, not really my cup of T and I always get complaints from ungrateful staff if it isnt something they personally would want to do. :evil: :evil: :evil:

Look at it this way:-

Your company is paying for it - not something every workplace will do for their staff - enjoy it (I am assuming that your company is paying for this shindig for you??)

The have to do something that everyone will be happy with - not just one individual. Get over it.

Good Food and drink - again its free!!

When I want to go ogle posh birds I nip on the bus to St Andrews for a few pints with a workmate. Gold-diggers we may be but these women are seriously hot. Jeembo, care to corroborate my story? Now, just need to get my flexi sorted so I can make it an all night trip ;)

Indeed. Or like the higher echeleons of my management team you could get to accompany me to the County Donegal Association Dinner on a Friday night in mid November. Bejesus! :lol:

St. Andrews is full of 'prime pud'. I used to work in the Mobile Phone Shop there. Loads of students would come in to get the latest phone, they would use a bank statement to verify details. Some of the amounts on those accounts were astrnomical. Think there parents used the accounts for tax reasons. However, there is nothing nicer than a reallty fit girl, who dresses in style and has more zeros in her bank balance than you have nothces on your bedpost!

We get to go to the local pub for lunch, which we have to pay for & then we get to go back to work. :evil:

Best xmas do - Sealink ferry to Cherbourg & back over night. Had the whole ship to ourselves! Free booze, can't remember the food & duty free shopping in the morning!!
