worth waiting till closing parties?

was gonna go for opening parties just in time for celebrating my end of exams/ end of degree but cant afford to unfortunately. thinkin i will have to wait till sept to have the cash to go now. was gonna go first two weeks as then its not too long to wait and it will still be gorgeously hot. plannin on goin for two weeks. just wonderin if i should perhaps wait a couple weeks and go for closing parties. what do people think? i just would like it to be gorgeous wheather seen as im only goin the once this year! i no it stays hot but its not as nice is it in late sept from what i can remember. any responses appreciated. cheers, mia. x
 
Swing and roundabouts really Mia. I've been late September loads of times and sometimes the weather has been absolutely gorgeous but then other times we've had a few dodgy days.

Check who you want to see cos remember Closing Parties are spread over a few weeks now so if you go very end of Sept some nights will have already closed.
 
The weather in September can be very hit and miss but if it's either go then or not at all, I'd know what I'd choose. 8)
 
Mia, the only time I have ever even BEEN to Ibiza is in September for closing parties. The music is off the chain... pretty much EVERYONE great that you want to see will be there. Like Barbie said though, do a little investigation because the parties are quite spread out over a few weeks. And yes, the weather is very unpredicatable... in 2003 it rained a little almost every day (it was so quick though... while laying out at Bora Bora most people just let the rain fall on them as a cool down, and waited for the sun to come back in like ten minutes lol). In 2002, I saw not a drop at all.

oh no, no danger of that! ill b going if its rainin in buckets and the sea is frozen over. jus be nice if it is lovely and sunny and rainin nothin but men! ;) :D
 
what are flight prices and package deals like around that time then? i know prices drop in sept but do they go up at all around closing party time?

the bunny chick is my good friend holli. she was workin with me last summer over there at the tender age of 17 would you believe! she was a big hit! and actually it was her that had to look after me alot of the timw when i should have been takin role of senior carer what with all my 21 years of maturity and expierience!

p.s if your as good lookin as her you wont need my advice on how to get her into bed. ;)

i dressed up as a fairy that night thought it was a good costume but people were singing robbie williams to me all night. :roll: angels faries same thing i suppose thry were thinking. but i was not ammused and since when does a fairy have pink wings, i ask u! :lol:
