I just turned 21 last october, I live in the United states and here the drinking age is 21.....so I've really been getting into the whole club scene now. I would love to take a week trip to Ibiza, but I don;t think I'd be able to get any of my friends to go with me.....most of them wouldn't have the money. Is it worth it for me to fork over about $3,000 for round trip flight and hotel plus whatever clubs and food cost me? And also would I still have a good time by myself???? Any help or insight is really appreciated!

I'd say definitely go for it! If you want to do it... no point having any regrets or what if's! You'll love it and meet loads of new people

The added bonus of going alone is that you can go where you want, when you want. I've gone solo loads of times and if I'm honest I prefer it that way. There's no-one feeling rough and so cutting your night short or any arguements about which night to go to. I say go for it- and have a great time!!!
I have gone the last 3 years on my own, I meet people who are great. The advantage of going alone you can do whatever you want when you want. I am an american but I live in Spain now.

If I had not gone on my own, now I'm going back for my 4th trip this year.
I never would have gone had I waited for my friends.. now i NEED to go every year!
you will have an amazing time and I promise you will meet someone new every day without trying.. Try looking in the meet up section of this board to and see if you can meet people who will be there the same time as you
This board is very friendly and can help you with all kinds of things you need to go. Plenty of people go on their own. In fact last year I met up with a group of people who all of us went out on their own and ended up going out together.
the best part is that you don't have to deal with people who are tired, want to leave early. You can meet randoms who will take you to carry on parties, go on to other clubs... and if you feel like sleeping all day, no one to harasss you to get up, if you feel like getting up early and exploring ll the beaches you can do it and leave and do as you please.
