I am abit fed up of the the snobbery on here with regard to Eden. I have hand on heart had some of my best nights on the Island in Eden. I agree that it generally attracts more of the chav crowd than most of the other "big" clubs do but ive encountered them everywhere. .. you just have to pick your nights carefully.

I think its out of order to imply that something like the incident described could only happen "cos it was Eden".

the same thing happened to me with regard to the women taxi, in playa den bossa.
a really attractive spanish women (about 30) saw me and my mate waiting for a cab and she pulled over and asked us where we wanted to go. we were going to privilege that night and she took us straight there for 20 euro and she even gave me her card which i still have somewhere! she said i could call her anytime i was there and she would taxi me around!
so i suspect thats all the women who pulled over was trying to do in your case.

she wasnt the best driver though! she went up the wrong street trying to get to the motorway and it was a kind of gravel path. she went over a large bump at about 40kph and it must of took her by surprise cos she jumped like she had just seen a ghost and instead of grabbing the wheel grabbed my arm in the passenger seat!!

i laughed and made some half witted comment about she can hold my hand if she likes to which she seemed quite embarrassed about! but she was a nice women to be honest and if i hadnt been going home the day after i might of used her if i was struggling to get a taxi another night
 
I was in Eden 2007 and one girl gave me some pills and after a while I was hugging people and telling how much I loved them and then I danced like a moron. I must say that it was one of the most weirdest nights ever.

Never take drinks or anything from people you don't know. And never leave your drinks lying around when going dancing or something. One of my school friends was once drugged in a local bar and it was kinda un-fun to haul her around to her apartment.
