Work work work= IBIZA

o dear not that great then. o well, i'm sure i'll still have a great time. we are going on a "jeep safari" round the island which i'm really looking forward to because i presume i will see alot of the island i've not seen before.

it's not that bad...

la brasa
used to be one of my favourite restaurants in town, but we're talking a few years back now. the setting is great, their patio is one of the most beautiful places to eat in town. I've been twice over the last two years and both times haven't been happy with the food I have to say. not going back anymore. but - as you're going now, it's still sort of 'quiet time' so hopefully both the waiters as well as the kitchen staff will be better as when I went last time (which was smack bang middle of august).

pacha restaurant
is good :)

pura vida
never been, can't say!

restaurante2000
have also never been personally, but have been told it's a rip-off...

also keep in mind that once you live here your focus changes a bit in terms of restaurants. when you're on holiday you tend to be less fussy (at least that's the case with me)

with restaurant 2000 being a rip off that's ok because the company are paying for it all haha. we've got set menus for most places so they should have their sh*t together and shouldn't be too busy.
All that really matters is this time tomorrow i'll be sat by the pool contemplating another beer or getting ready to go out so it's all good.
Also staying at Es Trull De Can Palau, pictures look ok if slighty out dated.

highlight was prob the jeep safari, cruising down dirt roads in drop top jeeps. stopped off at cala conte and a cliff top over looking es vera, spectacular views. we went pacha on the Saturday night restaurant was amazing and i actually enjoyed the club. a live violinist performing man with the red face was a goose bumps moment. and just generally being so well looked after didn't have to do a thing apart from get on a mini bus to the beach or restaurant.

that's b-linda. she's good aye, and man with the red face is always one of the highlights of her show. I was there as well that night and pacha main room had a big big moment there! :)
