The people selling the house have just accepted our offer and with Tom's negotiation skills :lol: we've got it for £15K less than we thought :D

They're going to vacate cos they're relocating with work and moving up to Nottingham and staying with their family and then look for somewhere to buy when they've moved up there, the buyer on ours has already sold her property and is renting and wants to move quick so if it all goes to plan we could be in within 2 months cos there's no stupid long chain or anything :D

It should move really quickly by the sound of things... have you got the finance (big eek!) sorted yet?

Tom does all the 'grown-up' things :lol:

The financial advisor is his friend so he always looks after us and Tom has already sorted all that side of things and he's instructed a solicitor that they use thru work so it's all systems go :D :lol:

Aww thankyou, you see why I've had to wear a nappy since we first saw it cos I was scared of having similar leakage :oops: 8O :lol:

We'll be buying a similar banqueting table for b______ summits and I'll get the attic and cellar suitable equipped for the B_____ reviews :lol:

Isn't it exciting, simultaneous B_____O__ and S____ moves :D :lol: I just hope we can rely on Stuie and Naddyz to help out on important B______ business cos we might be tie-up with house moving :roll: :lol:

On a whim just looked at the prices for 2-bedroom houses in Ealing and it's about the same as you'd pay for the 2-bedroom flats I was looking at in the Chelsea/Fulham area. Amazing...
