Nice try, but the moon photo is an obvious fake, sorry. You need a telephoto lens from about 10 km distance in order to compose such a shot, it's simple geometry.
Plus for the moon to be illuminated like that, the sun must be behind the spectator. But the sun is obviously behind the moon, since the sky in that direction is still illuminated.
