Money does count very well. Especially in the pocket of the owner.
Its part of the businessmodel not to care about workers and suppliers. Until they start litigation or even achieve any sort of title, there are 2-3 or more years to go with new staff and suppliers.
As long as paying lemmings walk into such kind of places its just to easy to carry on.

he pretended to be a successful businessman. because obviously not true
that rotten meis-c*** left him ...
