Will Ibiza be as good this year as previous ones?!?

With the Ibiza authorities once again cutting down BIG time on parties because of noise polution and this year being very strict on the club closing times.... Is Ibiza getting too uptight? This year Space have had to put a roof on the terrace and what's happening about Bora Bora??
 
Very true Ginger! I'm there for 3 weeks in August and we've rented a villa, so it'll be wicked! I'll get the decks going and everyone around ours!!!
 
Welcome mate.

It's a well discussed topic on here with lots of different opinions, and most people are a bit tired of discussing, try the seach facility to see similar posts and all will be clear.

Ibiza's crap nowadays, let's all be cool and go to Ayia Napa instead.

There is always something new and fresh and things change each year. I don't think there's any reason for you to doubt that it'll still be the best place to party this summer 8) Bora Bora will operate in some way I'm sure, but if the vibe's not there then it will be somewhere else.

The authorities have said they are going to be strict on closing times for the last few years now but it's not really been enforced. It remains to be seen whether this year will be any different.

As for Space roof, I'm looking forward to seeing how the space has been transformed. Don't forget the roof is retractable and the changes will mean that the sound on the terrace should be louder :D

at end of the day peeps ibiza is ibiza the best place 2 go 4 everything and we all love it :) so lets sit back and dream about the day we go 2 hurry up :) x and ibiza-lou i will drag u 2 ibiza wi me 4 a weekend girl :)
 
For me every year gets better and better. I know all the best bars/beaches/restaurants etc and all the places to avoid.

Also I have made some lovely friends that live on the Island and it feels like home 8)

I read a funny quote in Mixmag once that said -

'People that say it's not as good as it used to be, arn't as good as the people that used to say it!'

Too true... roll on June :P
