Why....??

do dozy drivers (more often than not women....it has to be said) who are trundling along at 20mph on a deserted road at 7am, feel the need to "flash" you as you overtake them in your morning rush to the station??

Are they aknowledging the fact that they shouldn't be on the roads?? :)

I wait for them to get level then put my foot down. It brings me much happiness when a car approaches on the other side of the road and they have to slow down and get back behind me

My roadrage is out of control I must admit!!!! Especially living here in Spain and ESPECIALLY when it is holiday time!
I absolutely HATE drivers in the fast lane that just "sit" there and dont keep up the speed and move over! They totally deserve a beep and a flash - "Get in the slow lane you morons!!!"

I hate slow drivers! I was on the M25 last night and these two slow mo'fo's were in the fast lane, going at about 70mph! I waited patiently for about 10 minutes for them to move, then eventually I had to flash them to say MOVE YOUR ASS! which they did and I zoomed past them ;)
If a faster car is behind me I'll always move out the way as I know how annoying it can be to get stuck behind a snail!

What a ridiculous attitude. You shouldn't be on the road if thats how you think.

usually old gits who can't see over the wheel!

Becki - i'm exactly the same when on the motorway but when you think about it you're getting frustrated with people doing the max legal speed limit!!

I do hate the above too....there is driving safely and then there is being a t*t! Really hate people that "play games" on the road.:x

But common sense surely must prevail sometimes? I drive at the speed I feel comfortable at, not breakneck speed, but it is over the limit I will admit, but then a lot of people do. But if someone was behind me clearly intent on going faster than I was, I'd move! If they want to risk their lives by driving at 120mph then so be it!

dont get me started on motorway etiquette.

the reason why 99% of the population drive like c***s (there is no other word to describe them) is because Motorway driving is an optional extra AFTER youve passed your test. like how many people are gonna fork out for another 2-3 motorway lesson... not like you'd learn much sat in traffic for the whole hour.

surely remembering that lanes 2 and 3 are for overtaking cant be hard to remember!
can never recall many drivers sat in the overtaking lane on a dual carraigeway can you?

FFS, make it part of the frigging test.

*RANT OVER*

Aww it's only a little fun:cry:

11 years driving - 10 years no claims - no crashes, accidents or near misses.

Perhaps I should have said I only bother if it's a young person with a 'souped up' GT Turbo or other monstrosity:?

he's seen thousands

Does anyone enjoy my game of giving chavs on mopeds/scooters a really rough time? EG forcing them out wide when they try to overtake, driving up their arses and breaking suddenly when they are behind
