Been to the hairdressers to get the 'fro tamed and Tom has gone to watch Chelsea with Ferd so I'm just waiting for them to get back and then we can get started 
You know what Nurse Babs's advice will be to ease the hangover, 'hair of the dog', go for a nice invigorating walk to your local and have a big Bloody Mary
That sounds like a very good plan actually! We're supposed to all be starting at around 5ish...I can see a complete Andrew memory loss night on the cards

I think 5pm is a perfectly acceptable time to start
Nothing like a quick sniff to clear a hangover
The 'fro is tamed and looks semi-sophisticated but give me a few hours of rolling round in East London and it will no doubt resemble a full on 'fro

I'd say a cheeky line is just what the doctor ordered, in fact I would say that if you rang up the NHS Helpline and told them your symptoms that is what they'd recommend

You ever tried Milk Thistle? Supposed to be good for your liver, never tried it though. My liver needs all the help it can get...my kidneys were in agony after christmas!

Yay you should invest in some, I take it and it really works, I forgot to take some up north with me for Christmas, OMG I woke up on the 28th and felt I needed a kidney and liver transplant
