IT depend what you are into really, maybe we are a little too hard on the west end, some times it can be a laugh
But if you are a real die hard clubber you will stay clear, as most people who go around the west end, are just their to get pissed and get laid

u av 2 go to the west end if its ya first time for the experience. basically its a street full ov cheap bars lots ov women n ppl gettin drunk.i've bin 2 ibiza once b4 n are goin agen in sept and i went there a few nites my opinion is that its ok for a while but thers more 2 do than just west end every night.if ya stayin in san an u got eden n es paradise n mambo. i'm def gonna go the west end wen i go bak in sept just for the sheer fun ov it all...i know sum ppl say its just full ov lager louts n beer boyz but i certainly aint one n i enjoy it on the odd occasion. the one thing that will piss u off thou is the pr,s.. theres normally a couple for each bar so every few metres u walk u get pesterd... my plan is 2 jus say u r meetin sumone coz no doubt they will try drag u in where u dont wanna go

Thanks for the info, we have an area very similar in Chicago where people constantly try to get you into their bar and I've been to New Orleans where you probably find the same party action. It's nothing
new. I've been on a million pub crawls, around a million people getting totally blasted, especially here in the US. People love to get tanked and rowdy here. I'll probably check it out.

Attention all, me and my mate went in the west-end and was not once asked or troubled by a PR we worked out that they all look to the bottom of the hill, so we walked all the way around in the back streets and then walked down from the top by The Last Drop and The Beaver Bar (my fav. bar) You may get troubled on the crossroads by MegaMusic but thats only because there is loads of people there. So if you get pissed off with the PR's try our theory, it worked for us.

I cant possibly see that working unless you walk through the back roads AWAY from the west end, which means you are going out your way to get somewhere when really you shouldnt have to? If a PR's do get on your nerves there are many ways in which you can politly tell them to go away, so they shouldnt be that much of a problem anyway

thats it karlos or the one the opposite side and if your hungry it has agreat little italian called Lua Lua, does great pizzas and very cheap!
