Why is space opening so late.

Been to space stacks of times now. Always thought it was a great place to spend a Sunday afternoon. Couldn't make this year, but my mates tell me its not opening until 4.30 now. Whats the deal??? is this permanet???:cry::cry::cry:
 
Long story short, the island's municipalities this year all passed ordinances to limit clubs to opening at 4:30. There are various reasons behind it, but a condensed version might be to say that it's aimed at putting some limits on the 24-hour party culture.
