I have a Berocca every morning and my wee has never turned yellow Maybe the yellow-ness of the Berocca mixes with the pink-ness of the rose so I still get normal coloured wee

i think your wee is bright yellow when your body has enough vitamins etc. in it... the bright yellowness is all the excess being flushed out.

perhaps someone can give a more scientific take than that!

Problem is, you don't know if its the Berocca or if you are just dehydrated that is making your pee that colour

It must the the Berroca because i only started using it again yesterday and its not normally like this illuminus yellow colour

I think if you only started using them again yesterday and your wee's changed colour already then you don't need them at the moment. You must be getting all the vitamins you need from your diet/jaffa cakes! The yellowness is it all coming back out of you again!

But i dont take any other vitamins altho i do eat a lot of broccoli

I had actually heard before Kerry that Berocca makes your pee yellow, so I wouldnt worry.

Lots of beetroot turns your wee pink. But you've not to eat for 4 hours before eating an entire jar of the pickled variety. Worth it? I think so, just for amusement factor.

Your wee should be clear,if its yellow thats not good! Your body is not processing whatever is turning it yellow.
