The people, of course!

I was made from the same essencial matter of the people I met in Ibiza. I only went there to acknowledge that. The problem is that, we were spread all over the world and we gather during the summer in that island.

Partying with your soulmates is undescribable.
 
I go to Ibiza for the beaches and the bohemian vibe it used to be, altho nowadays I prefer Formentera that has nicer beaches and it's much more hippy :D

POWERHOUSE and ZINC have been purchased by the team behind STEREO, TOKYO, STONELOVE & BULLETPROOF. This for us has been the End Game of 15 years very hard work to be able to host our nights in a quality space that we can control all aspects of. The Main Club will feature a 1450 Capacity Club (inc a 400 capcity room 2) the club will be refurbished, with new bars, new high end DJ box, Live Stage etc. The MAIN FEATURE will be a State of the art SOUNDSYSTEM never before witnessed in Newcastle, in fact it will become the undisbuted BEST SOUNDSYSTEM IN THE UK. Four stacks of FUNKTION ONE DANCE STAK, State of the art Lighting & killer drink selections.

The former ZINC bar will be heavily remodled into a brand new 4am License CLUB, with a bar area downsatirs and a 350 CLUB space upstairs with LIVE stage facilities.

The opening LINE UP in the MAIN CLUB will be STONELOVE EVERY THURSDAY, a suped-up WAX-ON EVERY FRIDAY and SHINDIG EVERY SATURDAY more night to follow.
 
I think it changes from year to year (or in my case, visit to visit) :D.

Last summer, it was all about the music.

Next summer, it will be more spiritual and healing for myself.

Stating the obvious here, but for the clubs and the warm summer weather. You don't get too much of the latter in Helsinki although the clubs here are nice in a small, cheap and "home-spun" way. Plus because I'm unable to stay away.
 
It literally feels as though Ibiza has something magical in it's air. There are no other clubs, no other beaches, no other atmosphere and no other people that make me feel as high.

TRULY.......... 8)
 
I'm going to Ibiza again coz there's no greater buzz than hearing the biggest dance music around, in the greatest clubs in the world, played by the greatest dj's in the world, with some of the best weather around. What more reason do you need.
 
Just re-read my post... forgot to mention the MUSIC, duh. :roll: All the world's top DJ's playing the sets of their lives on one little island... UNBELIEVEABLE. :D :D :D :D
 
the chance to indulge in your free side.....nothing let's you feel as liberated as dancing to music you love, and Ibiza is the mecca for that feeling and atmosphere.....

I went to Ibiza as for me it was supposed be a pilgrimage. I describe my experience to others in the following words, "Going to Ibiza for me was like going to the Vatican for a devout Catholic". It was a spiritual awakening.

ESCAPISM
It's a different world. The moment I step off the plane , feel the sun and see the salt planes I feel like I only went home yesterday. The atmosphere everywhere you go is liberating (except when you are being hassled by someone with something to sell), you can dress how you want to dress, swim every day, the surroundings are beautiful and the music and club line-ups are like New Year's Eve every night of the week.
