Who's up for Tony Humphries at Ministry next wkend??

7 hours of the legend that is Tony Humphries :D :D :D

So who's going :D

I promise I won't kidnap any of yous back to our flat afterwards and make you do bad things :lol: ;)
 
Hhhhhhhhhhmmmmmmmmmmm not got any plans that sat i dont think :o :) COuld be a warm up for 9 hours of MAW. Need to get Lauren used to these ministry-a-thons ;) :lol:
 
I would avoid T.H. at all costs.

He played the most boring set EVER at the opening of Bed.

OK, i shoudln't judge a DJ on 1 set, but i don't know anyone who's enjoyed him play out.

Ahhh, not so much clubbing, but training and therefore compulsory and educational ;) :D

You must have caught him on a bad night cos seriously I must have seen him 10+ times over the years and he has never ever let me down, imo he is one of the true Daddies :D
 
I think Ben and I have both said before about Tony Humphries, that we saw him last year at Ministry and he was truly awful. He cleared the dark room. Seamus Haji came on after him but there was no-one left to play too and nothing he could do with the room - he had to be moved out to the bar! Depending on what else is on and what our plans are we may go along and see how he is this time but I'm not overly enthusiastic about it ;)
 
I must say that Iam with kang and Drew on this one - not only did Humphries kill the room stone dead, he also let one of his cronies play for about 45 minutes while he went and got changed/had a shower/had a burger.

It was the one of the most disappointing sets I've ever heard in the dark room and by the end of it he was playing to about 10 people. Hope he's better this time round.
 
Cant remember if it was tony humphries or marshall jefferson but he played in northampton a couple years ago at a mates night and was appalling, emptied the dancefloor. Whichever one it was he must have had an off night :?
 
I've heard a few people say how boring his sets are.

A very poor choice for Beds opening night.

Wish Bed was still open :cry: :cry: :cry:

I think they're building some nearby though.

the last time I was very well looked after ;)

Plus I'm in training at the moment, they have to put me through this pain once in a while, soon these weekends will be like ridding a bike :lol:
