Yeah i got my job from last year to go straight into, pr'ing for Bar amsterdam which i enjoyed very much and met some great peeps whom i'll be meeting again this year, as much as san an isnt the greatest places its easiest to get work/accomodation.

I stayed @ hostel horizonte last season for a while b4 moving in with workers, its a nice place, family run who were great! and a minor walk from the west end enough for some peace and quite, prices were 20 euros pr night for single and 36 euros a night for double.

See you guys there :D

don't go in april or begining of may unless u wanna work in the west end(thats if your goin to san an) i went 15th may last year and even that was too early.... bar m, coastline, mambo, savanah's etc don;t start recruiting till the back end of may.

I ended up working for judgement sunday which was good crack but even they didn't inteview till 30th may.

if u go to early u will end up spending all your money before you get a job and then you'll probably just struggle all summer unless you end up being one of the lucky ones ;)

most people have cv's yeah but orientate it around clubbing and music etc... say u do PR-ing in the uk bla bla bla... i was kinda lucky cos i met the Pr manager before the interviews so i knew exactly what they wanted to know etc.... u just need to be confident and answer all their questions around jules and eddie halliwell etc. - i.e. say there your favourite dj's. then they gave me a flyer and asked me to sell the night to them..... just gotta keep checking the ship inn board for when all the interviews are ... i ended up missing loads cos i was too f***ed but i wanted the judgement job most of all anyway...

only got paid 150 euro's a week but u can survive, plus you can make other little bits of money doing things
