Ceck out last years June calendar for what you can expect to be on. You have to go to Space, and Manumission (June, think that opens July - what a show!). I recommend highly Hed Kandi at El Divino, and dinner at KM5 or Pikes (or if your like me, both) and an evening at Cafe Mambo or the restaurant at Salines beach.

June is tempting, its not too hectic, but cetainly full enough.

Get out on the coast and find your ideal deserted cove (its a different one every year) and take that new found friend, a cold bottle of wine, some tunes and get tantric - oh lordy i need to get back to that place!!

Really must go to this year, it fell on a Sat last year and we were flying in and out on a sat so missed it. And I absolutely love Hed Kandi so was very disappointed.

Manumission opening party - I went this year, was out of this world, like nothing you ever seen before, I just didnt know where to look
 
I love the HK night - I went in July & Sept for closing,. The closing was fantastic Laura (love at first sight!!) and Pav were playing live over the DJs, great sounds, fantastic musicians, and a real drinks party atmosphere out on the terrace, I love that place. I was talking to some fairly random girl and we got chatted up by some swingers which was a hoot, met some great characters from gibraltar and Ireland who I met at Bora Bora & Space afterwards. I want to go again!!

Manumission, agreed, what a night. In coco loco after the main show at closing I was imbroiled in a hilarious scene involving silly string and a strap on. Hmm it all happens!

And I go on my own!

I did hear about things happening on stage in Manumission but it was all pretty toned down, nothing too risque, few naked people but that seemed about it. I had heard all these stories about live s*x shows and stuff.
 
Yeah, lots of people say that but they dont have them, who'd would want to see one anyway?? Im sure it can be arranged for someone keen but the idea is to have a slightly erotic atmosphere thats all, which is nice. I think if someone is absolutely set on a sex holiday they can go to pure platinum or the blue rose strip club in figueretas. But cant you do that sort of thing at home?! Swingers go to beverleys (which can be a laugh).

Maybe its my age but I love the erotic and the mental exploration more than I ever understood was possible in my 20s. Thats whats so good for me about the Ibiza atmosphere, all the ingredients are there- you can be a glutton and trough out, but why do that when there's fine dining to be had - you are your own chef, thats all.

Am I rambling? What do you think?
 
Lol some blonde woman in what looked like a top and just a thong and some guy as we came back in our taxi, did make us laugh, then there was a strip club on the way to the beach. This was in Port Des Torrent yeah?
 
Oh dear oh dear, thats it, but I shouldnt have clicked on that as it probably counts as po*n and I am at work - whoops.

Was funny walking past that on our first day out :p
 
Ah well it takes all sorts, you never know who it appeals to either. Loads would be tempted in the right company im sure he he. All good fun, its a holiday after all.
 
Yeah we werent laughing in disgust or anything, am open minded just made us chuckle on the first day. Have you seen that Budan bar up there?
 
No I haven't whats it like? Anyhwere with a great chilled atmosphere is good for me. Whats the musics like? Have you been to KM5?

Theres a rocky cove with amazing azure water just round from Kanya past the caves which perfect for very private sunsets. All I can say is you never stop learning!
 
Hmm Bambuddha Grove in Santa Eualia is the best for that sort of vibe I reckon but im always happy to try new places.... if your asking... ;-) And theres that restaurant on the harbour in St Antonio is a bit like that with the 'gayest' waiter ive seen in my life. They do a good mojito though, but the food's third rate, no better than Mambo (where the wine list is a joke), which is shame as the place has some style. Im glad they're doing up the strip so hopefully the quality will improve ... please!!
 
Yeah we didnt make it into Budan even though like I said it was part of our hotel, and the bloke did come in putting 20% offers on the table and things like that but we never really had the time was always going somewhere else at the time!

Must check out the places that we didnt go last year, we made it to Mambo on some trip that was organised by our rep - but we preferred to do things our own really rather then be forced here there and everywhere!

Yes its best to have your own plan and the let the place take you by surprise. There are so many great restaurants in the Villa too, and you cant beat people watching at Sa Pleixet in the old harbour with a few beers and nattering with the locals (I met some people you wouldnt believe round there).

Are you going to stay in the same place, hang on this must be boring everyone to tears wanna take it to myspace?
