what causes it?
something to do with calcium and dogs not being fed bones as much nowadays, as well as owners being more likely to pick up their pooches poop rather than leaving it on the street.

When i was a youth, my younger bro told me there was a lad on our street that ATE IT!
I said i didn't believe so he took me along, asked the kid to do it and too right he did.
I said he only touched the white stuff.
