I think the government should ban alcohol. It's far more harmful than some of the current class As out there. ;)

I don't.

Banning things increases their allure. The last thing we need is a long term increase of binge drinking.

I guess it's so entwined with our population now, that you couldn't ban it anyway.

It really is a case of profitability. Government makes more money off of that and tobacco than they would off of drugs in a single year.
I've got friends who refuse to do drugs saying they are harmful, but will happily drink 15 - 20 pints on a single night out.

I've never understood that mentality.

I think its generally like anything in life, all people take to it differently...

some people are badly affected by drugs and some arent - unfortunately with drugs there is the risk of death :( but then people could say the same for alcohol, if abused....

Total crap, alcohol, like any drug in the wrong hands is bad for you but to say it should be banded in rubbish.

Booze, when drank sensibly is not the problem. The problem is the clowns that drink stupid amounts and then play up.

For me i only really "got" dance music when i experienced it with mdma as well , that being drum n bass first then techno/house. But these days can have an equally good time with or without but they are different sorts of nights. It depends on lots of factors.

sorry this is just wrong vic. You are far far far more likely to be killed in a situation involving a small , non abusive amount of alcohol than a class a drug. Alcohol has been proven to be the most dangerous drug around time and time again

You'd be surprised how unproblematic mdma is if you're sensible with it - and source your mandy/pills so as you know exactly what you're getting. Alcohol's a far worse drug imo - easier to do it more often and get addicted, and one of the few drugs than kill an addict on withdrawal.

Statistically more likely to die from eating a bayleaf than ecstasy.
