Where to stay for girlfriends first time in Ibiza??

The first time I stayed in Es Vive (the area) it was described by the people who sold it to me as Playa d'en Bossa.
The location was at what is now Ryans....and I think some agents still describe it so. #gullibleclones

Agree, its sort of a no mans land between Figueretas and PDB, a friend of mine stayed in 'Ryan's' last year and she classed it as being PDB as that's what is was sold as by the holiday company. I still think its a happy compromise though between PDB and Figueretas as the parking is a bit easier

Not a clue matey, not a clue...

... I love it when someone tries to prove me wrong, good luck next time! :D

So where does PDB officially start, looking at the map I always thought the area marked as La Punta was PDB as thats where the promenade starts next to the long beach?

They class it as PDB or Figs because it's easier to sell it to the tourists, simple!

PDB starts, more or less, where the Albatos restaurant is!

I stand corrected then, shows you how little I know about that particular part of the island.

Dirk I know that you only like San An, but I would not take her to San An for the first time,
even that I know Blau Parc is wery nice place.(and I lived in San An all year before).
I would choose ibiza town, not PdB.

I would (also) recomend you something between es Viver and es Puig. Es Puig is great if you like (often) walk to the city. Take the tunnel and you will be there quickly. You can also walk to PDB or take the bus (but be careful to chose the right one. One will drive a long detour through can canto and cas serres). If you want to rent a car, Es Puig is horrible for parking. Everything is short-term parking, or expensive car parks. Little hint: I always parked my car (for free) in es puig up the hill and never got a ticket or got towed -> https://www.google.at/maps/place/Ca...0x129946a57b939947:0xaacc34ffdfc77749!6m1!1e1
With the car you need to drive around and through the tunnel to reach it. But by feet its a short walk from the hotel back to the car :) https://www.google.at/maps/@38.9037...RG9TJc4pvE3HrR86Dg!2e0!7i13312!8i6656!6m1!1e1

For the stay i would recommend you the LUXMAR Apt. Its realy cheap but you can have a great sea view, watching the sundown, and have a view over Figuretes until PDB :)

But if you are hungry and if you like to enjoy great food, the area around Figuretes is horrible. Expensive and realy low low quality. I would recommend you to eat in the town, or Prince of color in figuretes isn't that bad, or take a delicious burger at The booo :)

If you have more questions about that area, feel free to ask :)
