Where to go for HOUSE

I'm coming to Ibiza for the 1st time and its also my Stag Weekend so maybe my last too!! We are there from Friday 17th Aug and the Saturday (18th) is the BIG night out to which are are dressing up like Cuban Brothers. What we are looking for is a club that would suit our music taste of Balearic/Funky House ... any good suggestions? Thanks

All due respect to Play, but I'm guessing you want to do it up large and hit one of the big clubs. Last brouhaha and all that....

Pacha is the obvious choice for Saturday night house. It's Def Mix. They'll have Frankie Knuckles and Ashley Beadle (X-press 2) playing.

However, for a more Belearic sound, it's got to be People from Ibiza at Amnesia.

While you're at it, you could do a daytime session on the terrace at Space - either for Matinee (Saturday) or We Love... (Sunday).

I am afriad to say but for staurday u all have it wrong! For funky house on a saturday hed kandi at el divino is the place to be! Tne followed by carl cox (funky house but still good) at space on the sunday day!!

Carl Cox is a Tuesday night from 8pm

You are right however El Divino and Hed Kandi on Saturday. they may not let you in with fancy dress though.

Not sure what time you are flying home but I would reccommend Space on Sunday. You can start at 8 in the morning

Highly recommended. Not 'funki' I'm afraid but if you want to hear good house music Daddy Ash is yer man!
