Yep, actually going to my health club now to their new outdoor pool/terrace but also have a friend in a village with a big pool too....always good to get the laydeees round on a summers weekend

Whats it called?? im looking at Gyms in B'ham at the moment. The Malmaison one is swaying me. Its £49 to join the spa and you get use of the gym free. There's no pool but i cant really swim anyway. They have massage chairs and scented showers! bliss!

Just got home Utterly fuming
Went to Gym,couple of mates weren't getting there for an hour or so, so had a good 45 minute cardio session running, cycling and cross training....got talking to a nice layyyydeeee i've seen there/chatted to a few times before and she said she'd join us outside for a swim/spa shortly
Went to get changed....... Massive schoolboy error Had left swimming shorts at home on the radiator after washing them last night
Had to go round a mates and start getting on it early to make up for the disappointment

p.s. Kerryburd, it's Esporta in Northampton. It's set in loads of parkland/championship golf course on an exclusive estate.....i think it's probably one of the best Esporta's,it was one of the first and a showcase one. I don't think others in other cities are as good

i think u should get em to have a live DJ all day when the sun is out.
