Of course you can find similar examples of acts independently of their background. But people have different views on both property rights, value of lives and aggression level founded in history of the area they are from.

Seven women in their 20s, and all originally from Angola,
although four had British passports, caused a fight last week when they tried
to get on a bus at Port d'es Torrent dressed only in bikinis.
The driver explained that they were not allowed on the bus unless they were
correctly dressed, and they started to kick and punch him,
breaking a chain which he was wearing round his neck.
They also grabbed the money satchel which contained all the takings
for the morning, some €130.
The Guardia Civil were called, who took all seven into custody,
taking charge of the money which they had stolen,
and they have since been charged with robbery with violence.
It was not mentioned in the press release whether the Police arrested the girls
in their bikinis, or whether they were made to get dressed!
