That's wicked - how long have your extended family being mimicing the cod reggae legends?

I bet they're not a patch on my Aunite Brenda and Uncle Seamus' Ike and Tina Turner Tribute Act though!

Kenny Hawkes was amazing when Ben and I saw him in Ministry a while back and what a nice guy too 8)

Not so sure - get enough of the black stuff down the O'Tooles and they'll be any act you want for a whiskey chaser :lol:
 
friday: nothing planned so far, will probably go out for a few drinks then nap in front of the telly. Might cook some enormous meal or something for a few people if I'm feeling particularly hospitable

sat: shopping for an outfit for the annual 'queer bop' held at Wadham College here in Oxford. Managed to convince the organisers to hire house DJs :D 8) because they'd forgotten to get any at all so there will be no cheese during the night :lol: :lol:

Any ideas what I could wear? basically everyone wears pretty bonkers stuff, tonnes of guys in drag and girls wearing next to nothing, plus all manner of other stupid outfits... dressing up is a big thing in Oxford!

the night only goes on until 1am (bloody environmental health...) so no doubt will end up at a party somewhere

sunday: recover and hopefully FINALLY get round to tidying my room :lol: :oops:

Sat - revision in the day :evil: then my best friend's birthday meal in the evening
Sun - more revision :evil: then drive round to Jon's the celebrate his actual birthday (Mon)
 
Fri - Out for dinner with Dom.
Sat - Liverpool.
Sun - Shefield to visit Dom's mate.
Mon - Dinner at some swanky restaurant in FLT that Dom's bro DJ's at.
Tue - Mates bday party at Soho house.

Having another prolonged weekend. :lol:

Sat: After the game going to Turnmills for Junior Jack and Kid Creme. Not sure what to expect of this night!
 
Friday night: Joey's new resident gig on Broad Street. Dragging him away at midnight though :lol:

Saturday: Up mega early to be at Heathrow airport for 12.30pm to pick up stoney. Checking into Brigstow Hotel in Bristol, day of pampering and face masks. Meeting up with Sexk1tten and Jip at 7.45 in hotel bar and then going for dinner @ Aqua.
Drive over to Cardiff to Lamerica for stoneys gig.

Sunday: Up WITHOUT a hangover - yea rite :roll: and drive back to Birmingham via heathrow.
 
Friday - Head to Bristol after work. Quiet one as busy weekend ahead of us

Sat - Coffee with a couple we have been talking to for a while on line, then home to get ready to meet Kerry & Joey @ the hotel for drinks

Sun - Drive to Kent to see the 'in laws', fix his moms pc, meet up with his bro for drinks in their new village

Mon - Take the car to get the driveshaft (?) fixed then back to Bristol

Tues - Up @ 5.30 to get the train back to Brum in time for work :cry:

The usual gigs Fri, Sat & Sun, however, it's the last weekend before going over to nightclub hours next weekend (new 24 hour licensing starts 24th November next Thursday). Which means Saturday night is my last trip ever to Shindig @ Digital. :( We got Martin Solveig & Simon Dunmore for Defected In The House.
 
Fri - Prob stay in and watch Children in Need
Sat - New hairdo then out at night
Sun - Prob have a hangover and lounge in bed - best thing is I have Monday off work!! Woo Hoo - day will probably be spent going around recruitment agencies though! :evil:
