What your desktop background look like @ the moment ?

Thought we needed another happy thread!

For you non-geeks:

1. minimize all windows
2. press the "Print Scrn" button (in Windows that is - mac ppl do your own thing )
3. open your image editor of choice (if newbie Paint will do), paste (ctrl+v) and save as something like gif or jpg.
4. Upload and post

There's a way to tidy up your desktop so that you can enjoy the whole picture without getting rid of the icons:

What I do first of all is to right-click on the Start bar and then I enable the Desktop bar (in the tools bar option). Next in the same menu I select "new tool bar..." and I specify the path as "My computer", so that I'll have direct links to the HDs and CD/DVD's.

The following part is to unlock the Start bar and then left click-drag-drop both new bars on both sides of the screen (or upside). Next, lock the Start bar, and then right click on the new bars to allow them to hide automatically. So, when you pass the mouse pointer next to the bars, they'll open automatically. When you take the pointer away they'll hide in a few seconds.

The last part is to remove the icons (well, you don't remove them, they are just hidden) from the desktop: right-click on the picture on the background, and then open section "arrange icons..." and disable the "show icons on desktop" option.
