They have loads of big name DJ's confirmed, it's on Thursday 27th Jan, tickets are a tenner, tell all your mates about it, i'll keep you posted on when and where tickets go on sale

You lot eat so healthily! Doesnt anyone have pie and chips? Sausage and mash? Bacon butties?

Grilled cod and veg, steamed onions etc etc....! !

Tonight I shall be having a scrumptious plate of vegetables

yep sausage and mash for me! and beans! am tryin to cut down the portion sizes tho so jus the 2 sausages tonight! although will probably hav the leftover sausages wen they hav cooled down later on. yum! hav no will power! did a work out today tho so wont feel guilty. that is till i hav anothe chinese takeaway later in the week as usual!
