What to bring to ibiza?

Compeed blister patches

Berroco or dextrose energy

Light jumper or cardigan

Somewhere safe to keep money on your person... Your choice

Tickets for nights you know are a definite then buy before. Others you not made full plans buy in Ibiza.

Skype, viber or truphone apps to make free calls with Wifi.

Don't be afraid to venture to a place that is not listed on trip advisor. Remember that places where locals go are usually good places in addition to all the more famous tourist places.

i got mine on ibiza, but if you do customized ones (and that's the ones you should get) it takes a few days (actually up to 10 days) until you get them so I wouldn't recommend getting them only when you're here.

go to any optician in málaga, in spain the opticians do them. the most popular brand in spain is called elacin. I'd go for the 15dB filters which is the medium ones (they're available in 9dB, 15dB and 25dB). it's not a cheap thing, but if you go clubbing a lot, it's a VERY wise investment in the future of your hearing.

15db are the best. Probably the best bit of advice is to purchase these. The music also sounds better as some of the clubs just have everything too loud.

Whilst you shouldn't expect miracles Berroca is very good as a pick me up.

I find half a tablet with 500 ml more than enough maybe do that once in morning and late afternoon.

Personally every other day is enough.

What is also very good is beetroot juice in small concentrate bottle called. Beet-it

Looks similar to the size of them supposed energy things but they don't work.

On the ear plugs, I got mine from Amazon on next day delivery. When out there last year some peeps with me tried to get some but couldn't on the island (just standard foam ones)

I've also tried the alpine ones but found them harder to get in comfortable, but depends on your ears. The ones I linked to have 4 pairs xl,l,m,s so easier to get a fit. You then put in the filter which reduces the volume. If found the 24db (green) ones good.

And as previous poster said, it does sound better as ears stiffen when volume is too loud which loses the ability to hear detail and higher frequencies.

And when you leave the club you're not left shouting "you what?" To all convos lol!

Ideally moulded ones are best fit but a bit more expensive.

Always pack light if it's somewhere even vaguely warm.

Also if it's somewhere relatively trendy you'll be able to pick up some cool stuff there.

Ibiza ticks both boxes so travel light and don't worry.

Berocca doesn't seem to do much for me. A litre of orange Lucozade and sausage cob however... Not recommending you pack sausages by the way
For the hangover from hell I take cocodamol and ibuprofen. It's safe to take together, well I've never died of it anyway.
Cheapo sunglasses are a must, you are bound to lose some.
Headphones, sometimes I like to chill by the pool and people generally see the headphones and leave you alone.
