Hey guys,

first time im going to Ibiza on the 5th of may, getting really excited and nervous!
apart from the basics and obvious thinks like clothes, sunglasses and a mp3 player
i would like to know if you ever thought:
DAMN i wish i took my "insert forgotten object here" with me!

So maybe a small list of unneccesary things to take with would be a big help!
Thank you!

Kane.

Berocca - I never forget this, it always sorts me out the next day
Imodium - all that drinking, and other stuff always plays havock with my stomach!!
Nail clippers - my finger nails grow double the rate in Ibiza (and other hot places :))

yeah i read through that,
loved the "Save time and money by showering in your clothes" part

maybe a typical german thing, but last year saw a guy at breakfast who brougt his own glass of nutella....o_O
I sometimes buy towels, shower gel, flipflops, sun prot, swim shorts etc. on the island...... to reduce luggage weight

If that is your thing http://www.rollsafe.org

Berrocca is a must each day.

A kindle for during the day (loaded with books about Ibiza!)

Earplugs and face mask for sleeping when others may be up and about.

One of my suitcase essentials is a multi plug extension cable haha obviously depends if your shareing a room with others but it's so handy for those moments when your charging 2 phones, hair dryer on, the mini speakers low on charge and also needs plugged in lol oh and for that little extra wire length so that the speaker can sit right at the balcony while on charge lol

I saw a man a few years ago beside the portaloos at DC10 clipping his nails. It was very odd.

dioralyte sachets for upset tummy.puts the salts back in you when you have been on the bog a lot.alarm clock as well don;t want to overlay and miss out on something

Id buy some earplugs designed for concerts etc. I find the music in some venues so loud it's painful and leads to tinnitus the next day or so (I guess that's technically hearing damage! :) )

I've bought these and found them the most comfortable ones without getting custom moulded ones.

http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/aw/s/?ie=UTF8&k=Proguard+Noizzez

They have a flat attenuation so it's not muffled, and in fact I find you hear more detail in the music.

I always take them with me when clubbing these days, especially as one of my mates who likes the scene also can no longer hear sounds over 20khz :|

Cheers

^these are a must.
I have some by a company called Alpine and they protect my already damaged ears.

can i get those earplugs on ibiza? i woulnt know where to get them here, Malaga area

i got mine on ibiza, but if you do customized ones (and that's the ones you should get) it takes a few days (actually up to 10 days) until you get them so I wouldn't recommend getting them only when you're here.

go to any optician in málaga, in spain the opticians do them. the most popular brand in spain is called elacin. I'd go for the 15dB filters which is the medium ones (they're available in 9dB, 15dB and 25dB). it's not a cheap thing, but if you go clubbing a lot, it's a VERY wise investment in the future of your hearing.
