What time do clubs open??

I'm a Ibiza Virgin. I like to find out what time the clubs open. I will be in Ibiza from Sept 11-16th, I'm anticipating Cream on the 16th but also flying out that day. What time does Cream open? If spotlight schedule says Cream open Sept 16th does it mean it starts at 12AM or 10PM that day?
