scoobs actually *hangs head in shame*, you're both right. i remember orwell too......what was it: "Hope lies with the proles" or words to that effect
 
Substitution rather than blanking is a sinister form of censorship! The mods have changed your (projected) character by changing your use of the English language. Old Rob would never have used 'blazes'. They've made you quintessentially English (and old). Do you play crown green bowls now?:lol:

agree buckers.......they have substituted **** with a word that gets one of those symbols in a dictionary meaning it is antiquated and only used by aristocrats or people living in Tristan da Cunha!!:lol:

Surely new 'Old Major' Rob chortles rather than giggles (and thinks that bum sex is a sin, unless of course it's between consenting officers of a similar rank on military exercises and therefore not really gay).
