What styles are Groove Armada &DJ Sneak playing nowdays?

Yeah i know they both play house, my question is which sub-genres of house? (funky, deep, tribal, etc).
 
Sneak plays what he's always played: Chicago. Usually really heavy too.
 
Yeah Sneak is good, or at least can be. Last time I saw him he was a bit off, but he's usually fantastic...

Agreed- have seen him play at back to basics in Leeds and he was superb- brought the place down

shame I am missing him by a day when I go out to Ibiza in Sept
 
groove armada are playing an eclectic miss of stuff, saw them at tribal gathering in august last year, they cam on after deep dish (very had to follow) and they kept the place rocking, epscially when they played "super stylin". also i got a cd with last mths mixmag, called essential summer grooves and it is wicked, theres a bit of everything in there, some nice piano stuff, some dreamy bits, some breaky bits and some proggy bits!!! all up a bloomin good cd, so if ur catching em live then ur in for a treat!!

The same styles they've been playing for the last however many years.

Sneak always bring out the hard jacking house stuff that we all know and love him for.

Groove Armada will play funky but a bit techy with lots of old classics thrown into the mix.
 
At homelands.... Groove Armada kept to tradition and played a whole aray of stuff..... lots of twisted house tho with some great funky classics thrown in......

I am hoping they will be playing somewhere in Ibiza in the first fortnight of August.... if not there will be a very unhappy gravy :(

Both Groove Armada & DJ Sneak are playing on the 8th of August in Sundays @ Space.
I will be there myself and that was the main reason i opened this thread, as i've never heard any of them playing before. ;)

Classic chooooon 8)

Groove Armada are wicked, it's always a party atmosphere when they're spinning. I like the way they don't stick to one genre of house, they play an eclectic mix of tunes.
