what is the best restaurant you've been on the island?

I just wondered which restaurant will have the best comments...
I'm searching for a real good one, not TO expesive for a special occasion with my girlfriend
And i was thinking about the elephant (but just heard that it's not that goor and really expesive) or about the restaurant of El Devino.

If you know any other restaurant who's really good, pleas tell me.

KM5 or Sa Punta - both really romantic settings and excellent food. Probably expect to pay about 100 euros for 2 with wine.

best lunch - nautical club, san an (various reasons)
best food - can talayas, sa pedrera
best bocadillo - that bocata shop on vara de rey (or vitaminas )
best interior - Sa Capella
best view - es boldado, Cala d'hort
best evening place - KM5
most bizarre meal - Studio or Naif @ KM? (remember here )

btw, i noticed that the post of that dude recommending burger king has been delated. next time someone mentions burger king in a thread about good restaurants that person should be automatically banned for bad taste.....

I've been to Bambuddah Grove a few times both in season and out and I can honestly say that it is really poor value for money. The service surpasses amateurish and dives straight into abysmal and the food is only edible. It is a shining example of terndiness over quality. Somebody in this forum once said that "the quality of restaurants on this island is inversely proprtional to the number of cushions that they have and the amount of magazine space that they take up", IMO Bambuddah Grove is a perfect example of this.

indeed, love restaurants where you can sit down and have loads of food and wine without having to order a single thing (and at 5am in the morning)

(think will choose villa mercedes for meal and Km5 for a night chilling)

Best one is

We went to Portinatx in May this year and ate at La Ciguena it on S'Arenal Petit beach the food was fantastic the sangria best we ever had and the views amazing watching the sunset while eating great food just wish we were there now.
