What is Figuretas like?

No beerboy count at all in Figuretes, I've never been hassled by lookie lookie men in Figuretes and we stayed there as recently as last summer. It's very gay-friendly, very mixed nationality-wise, it has a nice bustling atmosphere in an evening but def not in your face and by day it is pretty chilled.
I've stayed figuretas twice in the last three years.
My friend had a gay bar there for a while. I think it's got a great little community there with lots of people walking dogs along the promenade and families too. And Ibiza Town is a nice little stroll.
I'm sure there are more beautiful places to stay in Ibiza but I'm sure you won't be dissappointed.
Although you do sound a little over sensitive about needing assurances that "lookie lookie" guys and "english people" aren't going to ruin your holiday.

i've encountered lagered up spanish and italians in figueretas.........is that an issue??

Fair point, each to their own I say - I've stayed at Pacha Hotel, Argos & Hostal Talemanca - the last 2 were directly on the beach, totally quiet at day when we needed to sleep. This year we're going with a couple of spendthrifts who never manage to save a penny their whole lives, so we have a somewhat limited budget, but that doesn't mean I want to stay in San An with the chavs.
The way I see it is, I paid a stupid amount of money to buy a tiny flat in a nice area of London because I hate chavs & don't even want to acknoledge that they exist, so why should I want to stay amongst them on holiday? Yes I'm a snob but I'm also one that is intimidated by thuggishness & who can't sleep if there's much ambient noise!!

Honestly, they changed my life, my boyfriend snores quite noisly and since I discovered them I sleep like a baby

I know the building as we stayed there last year in a friend's flat. It's on top floor so we didn't experience any noise or restaurants' smell.
they are a bunch of vampire tramps that survive only on a diet of don simon.........one of them is 109 years old.
I understand.
But I am a Chav, so probably better not to take any notice of my suggestions.
However my spelling is far superior than yours so nah nah nah.
Getting the coins out every morning must be a hassle tho.You should think getting some of these

i must start using some of them when i go clubbing, cos afterwards my ears are always pounding.
