What havent you done yet in Ibiza that you would like to this year?

The cocoon afterparty was at Ushuiaia when I was there last year, luckily I was staying in club don toni but when I got home I noticed that they'd posted on their facebook wall when they have afterparties.

In 07 I did the We Love at 11am til 5 am, then early to circo loco and cocoon at 12 marathon.. I'm sad that We Love no longer opens so early - it can be done with PMA (plus lots of supplies)

Zoo - depends if you go for just the music or the whole experience. I can't say the music blew me away but the club (can you call it that?) with all it's different areas, the show in the seal pit and the characters I met more than made up for that.

It's definitely worth a butchers if you haven't been before.
 
i did circo loco + cocoon non stop once in 2008 closings... like thechid said, i was deff ill on tuesday, thats why i missed the carl cox on that day... but eventually it was worth it :)

as for the zoo project the venue itself is fine but the one annoying thing is that the place is full of our beloved guardia civil fellows all the way to the location... i mean i always stay in pdb when i'm on the island and it's too much expensive to take cab to gala, so i need to get there by driving the car and it pretty much kills my opportunity to get some good drinks there since the guardia are always on their duty .....
 
I really hope that there will be a circo loco opening after somewhere and I find out about it. Probably only doing the 1 trip this year so gotta make the most of it.

I am seriously impressed by those of you that go from a ridiculous shift of clubbing to a ridiculous after, if I had chemical assistance I'd probably be zombified and if I did it without I'd pass out for sure..

Last year Azuli did some kind of secret location party I signed up to something on FB (through link on their site) and they sent through the details sadly it was a couple of days after we left but maybe worth looking at their website
 
List of things id like to do that i havent done in my previous visits!
  • Go to space - Yes hard to believe that in 3 visits i have never been to Space!
  • Go to DC10
  • Bora Bora - Shouldnt be a problem as we are staying in PDB this year
  • Boozee Cruise/Sunset boat trip
  • would love to find a secret after party somewhere! or even just go to an afterparty (Any reccomendations?)
Things i will be doin again that ive done before
  • Sunset @ Mambo
  • Zoo project
and the usual clubnights etc!

Any other suggestions? I wouldnt mind going diving but id have to look into it when i get there

You could get a bus and then a taxi, might be better than risking killing yourself, other road users, pedestrians etc

nah, i always get sober till the end of the party so it's not really a problem.
the fact that u can be a victim of an aggressive search & scan through your balls etc disappoints... 2 years ago i was searched like some ****ing criminal
 
Okay, so I've been looking into Formentera, but can't find a lot of info on it. What exactly do they have there besides beaches? Is it strictly a place to lounge around? Or are there decent bars and such? The beaches do look Fantastic, though. I may check it out regardless.

It's a quieter place than Ibiza although there is some nightlife (I think mainly centered in Es Pujols but some bars elsewhere) and some good restaurants in La Savina and near the beach like playa Illetas (Juan y Andrea is one we've tried and enjoyed).

We have treated it as a day trip. Head over in the morning, get yourself a scooter, ride around and take a look, then get some lunch and settle in at a beach for the afternoon then catch the evening ferry back to Ibiza.

Also, in terms of my aspiration to hit up an after this year, does the law as it stands not make this very difficult. I know there's been Cocoon afters at Ushuaia / Aztaro, but I thought that was utterly illegal. + stuff like this looks so clandestine, how the hell would you find that place http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8KjrYyAcp_o
 
People will find ways to put on small parties. Whether its under the nose of the law or not but most get shut down / fined if its regular like Dakota last year or the year before there was the bar at the top of the street that es vive is on

I cant see the law being changed back to minimum 2 hours closing time but perhaps more blind eyes may be turned?
 
Havent been for 3 years any other club nights from the usual suspect we should try out? What would you recommend this is our plans at the mo....

Arrive evening....Friday 27th May - Pacha
Saturday - quiet one...day at benirras and somewhere nice to eat in the evening poss Sa Punta which I love
Sunday - Space
Monday - DC10
Tuesday - Recover!
Wednesday - Ibiza Rocks...to be followed by ....swaying toward Subliminal
Thursday 2nd last night and....my birthday.... perfect day would prob be spent at benirras followed by not sure poss maybe a meal at Pacha but not too fussed about the party on that night?
