Inspired by this month's Company mag which was doing an I love GB issue

England:

Top Shop @ Oxford Circus
Fish, chips and mushy peas
The weather - I know people like to moan about the weather but I love our change of seasons - and new seasons mean new clothes
The clubs and clubbers - we can always manage to take it to the next level 8O
Traditional pubs (none of these fancy bar types, a proper English boozer)

the craic
gaelic football
the landscapes
the people
hearty breakfasts with guiness somewhere near o'connell street
the commitments
father ted
the passion

german engineers and technicals: we have never problems with elevators

i dont have a love for my country as such, more my city.

the football (the famous glasgow celtic)
the language
the banter
the nightlife
the culture

not a big fan of other places in scotland to be honest.

The weather
The gastronomy
the wine
the fiesta!
the architecture (specially in my city)
the fact that people seem to have no home cos the streets are allways packed
Shoes (sounds odd, but I find that only the italian shoes are same or better than spanish shoes)
Siesta
Having lunch at four and dinner at 11 (only in weekends and holidays tho)
La Movida Madrileña (underground cultural movement around Madrid during the 80's)
Flamenco, flamenco fusion, flamenco pop
The cultural richness
The country itself, I love travelling around
and

Ibiza and Formentera :D

Now you're just showing off Sil   ;)

The weather
the Scottish Highlands
Edinburgh
The sea
Our coast
Glasgow
The Galloway Hills
London
Norfolk
The sunsets

The British dry sense of humour - I love it!
Traditional Sunday Roasts
It's cultural diversity - the good parts of it - I love the fact that we have things like Notting Hill Carnival, Asian celebrations etc.
Traditional British pubs
London Town - best capital city IMO ;)
Beautiful countryside - often not seen by enough English people!
Four seasons - although I wish rain didn't exist!
British pride - although not British chav pride! Two different things...

London, my home city: Chaotic and expensive but you could live here a thousand years and still not know everything there is to know about the place. North Londoners are a bit suss, though.

The irreverence and bone dry sense of humour.

The fact that although we're not as good as we think we have a divine right to be at football, we're world class caners.

A misty sunrise over the South Downs in summer. Or a sunset over south London streets. These almost make nine months of cold and dark bearable.

The countryside - so much of it and I havent seen enough of it yet
The NE Coast - rugged and especially in the winter when its stormy - just amazing to watch
Cold crisp frosty winter mornings
Sarcasm
Fish Finger sarnies in cafe's
English Tea - nothing beats it
Fry Ups
Sunday Roasts
Music scene
