What are you reading?

finally finiahsed captin corelli's madolin, what a great book, I sitll have 2 pages left but have gathered what the ending will be, I would have finished it this morning but have new guy to show ropes, so just got back from pub with him.

i kind if new he would come back, yet was worried Mardras would return with his wond.

Overall very good, enjoyable, eduactional book. Some nights could not put it down yet had to, I actually have a picture of my head of the entire book which shows it must be book, in fact I will not choose to read the book.

anyway, I will talk about it more soon but my replacement is back, again:evil:
 
Jon - pleased you enjoyed Captain Corelli. The bit I remember most is the firing squad scene - I bawled my eyes out. :oops: Don't watch the film, it proper ruins it. :evil:

I'm reading King Rat by James Clavell.

It's about the friendship between a yank Wheeler dealer and a straight laced english officer in the concentration camps during the second world war.

I'm enjoying it, but it's quite similar to a lot of what i'm read recently so i'm after something different to read too.
 


Read this on honeymoon. About a guy who throws his missus overboard whilst on a cruise, she survives, stays dead and sets about finding out why he did it and getting her revenge!! Great book
