This year's Roisin Murphy album. She's someone I only consider myself mildly - moderately interested in, but, just on first listen, this seems well solid.

Disclaimer: This is super old, and I realize that it may not interest everyone.
That being said, I didn't know Darren Emerson ever did anything remotely Goa/psy oriented. This disc, from back in the late 90s if I'm not mistaken, is phenomenal!
Another big name for psy? Christopher Lawrence (who, if I'm not mistaken, used to spin/usually spins more standard progressive house and trance) is a heavy hitter, who if not unknown is a well-kept secret in psytrance. Did you know? I did not until over a year ago now purchasing "Dark Side", which on its B-side was primarily psy stuff, and well mixed.
And I had no idea about Darren Emerson, who is traditional and known for Global Underground. Correct me if I'm wrong, but he's usually progressive house-y and mellower trance when he's with Global.
