I'm STILL at work !!!

This is a right pile of old knackers.

All the bosses are looking at each other wanting to go home but nobody has the balls to make the decision.

I'm going to make it for them if they carry on like this !

Xmas Dinner :

Almond Soup
Red Snapper with saffron dressing and sherry sauce
Spanish Nougat Ice Cream with Black Chocolate Sauce
Olive Oil Sweet Cakes
Absinthe and Hierbas

Bit different I guess . .

NOW . . when can I get my chops round a frothing ale boss man ????

Me too, but I've let the office staff go home. I've got 6 2-man gangs and 1 lorry driver left out working, but I'm letting them go an hour early

Buckley ! . .how much of an angel of glad tidings are you ??

Those big hairy guys will be positivley shafting you with gratitude when you let them escape early.

They were all told they could take a day's holiday if they wanted, but that if they come in, they have to do a day's work.

I'm like I guy who can't pronounce his fs or ts.....

Well I just finished cooking: Turkey, roast potatoes, mashed potatoes, broccoli, carrots, caulliflower, pigs in blankets, yorkshire puddings, 2 types of stuffing and gravy - for 8! Have just sat down with a glass of wine (admittedly not my first lol) and putting my feet up for a well deserved rest whilst everyone else clears up!
Merry xmas everyone :D

I had X-Mas dinner (last night) at my friend's place. His wife me the following:

Roasted Prime Rib
Sweet Potatoes (Mashed)
Side of veggies with some home made mustard and horse radish sauce
Merlot, and
A Danish sweet dish (with almonds and sort of rice pudding stuff with hot cherry syrup topping)

IG: My friend was telling me that in Denmark they make this dessert only on X-Mas. I do not remember the name now. Help me out mamma.

By the way, it was news to me that X-Mas is celebrated on the 24th in Europe. Interesting.

Cheers,
