the Christmas debacle?

me: I am eating very well, lots of vegetables, eating neally everything boild or grilled, cut off all frieds! eat pasta ! and lots of fruits, yogurts and plenty of watter as per usual.
Just one day off per week to eat whatever I wish and drinks.
Lots of wallks:D:D

Nothing.
I detoxed for a month last year and didn't feel that much of a difference.
Besides I've stayed fit and healthy all year and don't feel I need to. 8)

I have lived on cough medicine and Beechams Powders and been near enough permanently in my PJs for the past 2 weeks!!

Just started on proper food and exercise yesterday......

Loads of fruit and water tho which is a given..... and no naughtiness either

I have decided I need to eat better - I dont eat a lot of c*ap I just dont eat as well as I should.

So my plan is to drink loads of water (already started that one) and to eat a healthily as I can, and to eat properly, not miss meals etc.

And the dreaded gym which made me feel great last week but is wearing me out this week, will get there slowly

I'm going to the gym tonight. Woo hoo!

First time in MONTHS

I'm eating a lot less wheat this year as I don't think it agrees with me, so that practically forces me to eat more healthily.

otherwise no different from usual.

I had such a wonderful holiday that I don't need to recover :D

I do appear to be coming down with a post-holiday virus though. My back aches something aweful

5 x per week gym, no/little processed food, stacks of veges, no chocolate or junk food and wine only at weekends.

*smug*

Dark chocolate is allowed if you can dose it.
If it's dark it has less sugar and fat and chocolate helps your endorphine production which it means it makes you happier ;)

Ditto.

I discovered a gym addiction in October and can't keep away now.

Strangely though, i look forward to my post gym ciggie.:p

Smoking, drinking, eating fast food and making sure I keep to my new years resolution... go out to good clubs instead of the tosh in my 5hitty little town!

Detox is for pussies!!! (No offence)

Hi Mark.

I've got into the same habit when i get to gym in the evenings  Strange that i never seem to crave a cig during a stressful day at work but after the gym it all goes wrong somehow?!?

Been slacking in the gym for the last month or so. Far too much partying etc but back on track this week. Feeling better already.

We bought a juicer a while ago so being enjoying those most evenings. Best thing we ever bought. Even started making our own recipes. Delicious! :D
