Pacha has a lot of the best nights. El Divino has the best chill-out zone.
 
really does depend on your orientation, but IMO:

bigroom DJs/tourists/famous venues:
1. Privilage
2. Space
3. Amnesia

exclusive/VIP/less touristy:
1. El Divino
2. Pacha
3. Penelope (by the sounds of it)

underground DJs/much less touristy/workers:

1. Blue Marlin
2. The Underground
3. DC-10 (well the 'less touristy' bit is now debatable!)

Cheesy music/lower prices/less 'VIP' crowd:

1. Eden
2. Es Paradis

If you're coming from the direction of Playa d'en Bossa/Ibiza Town, there's a roundabout after San Jordi where you can go to the airport or to Las Salinas. Take the Las Salinas road and it'll be a couple km ahead on your right.
 
or just get in a taxi and yell the words 'i am going circoloco without DC10, take me there quickly please sir!!!' :lol:
