Get some Sudafed from the pharmacy (has to be the one sold from behind the counter not the one you can buy in self selection in any chemist supermarket) It will completely unblock your nose which I always find is the worst thing about a cold and you can have a half enjoyablew time then (becareful with that Pseudoephadrine though )
