Thanks again!

Thanks, again. This is really helping me out with my budget. I'm planning the trip for me and my 4 friends...oh, and by the way, homie - my homegirl is off limits...lol. Maybe you can have a go 'round after asking her ex-bf who'll be with us. A couple more questions if possible...

1) How much do you guys spend on food on average?

2) Has anyone done the snorkeling or traveled off from Ibiza Town? What kinda stuff is there? How much does that cost?

3) Wow. Still shocked on showers in salt walter - lol.

4) What time do people usually head out to the clubs? Are the lines pretty insane?

5) Do you think that $1900 USD spending $ is enough for 8 days?

1) How much do you guys spend on food on average?

It all depends on how much you want to eat. If you go out to a club, you will probably wake up around 11am or later. So, it will be time for Lunch (or Breakfast), for couple of days I just went to Burger King to save money, then later at night for dinner went out to a restaurant and spent some $$. If you are close to your hotel, you can go to the super market and get some food for the day time.

3) Wow. Still shocked on showers in salt walter - lol.

I never had that problem.

4) What time do people usually head out to the clubs? Are the lines pretty insane?

Clubs usually open 1am. Most people will go to a bar early have a couple of drinks then follow to the club.

5) Do you think that $1900 USD spending $ is enough for 8 days?

For one person that should be enough. Just remember with the currency conversion you have about 1,586 Euros.

1) Budget

2) What time do people usually head out to the clubs? Are the lines pretty insane?

1) Here's a Moderate Budget: Ibiza 7-nights

Lodging ($100/night) $700
Entertainment ($100/day) $700.00
Food ($50/day) $350
Car Rental $350/week
Shopping $200.00
Incidental $100.00

TOTAL $2400 U.S dollars

2) Beach during the afternoon into early evening. Dinner 9/10PM -11/12 , drinks at a bar or your place 12:00 - 1:00/2:00AM, off to the clubs around 2:00AM. The lines are O.K earlier in the season. Around late July into August it gets a little more crowded outside.

sick....!

Thanks, guys. You seem to really know your shizit. How long you guys been goin'? And Premile - that budget break down is awesome. My lodging is included in my vacation package so I can knock off that money - so about $1700/day - modest...nice. Do a lot of people rent cars? If we do, then we'll need international driver licenses, right?

I've been going every summer since 2000.
I would highly recommend renting a car!
You can rent a car with a regular license but if you get stopped without an international driver license you can be fined.
