Weekend's Activities!!

indeed. make a soulless club even more soulless.

reckon they might serve up some polonium sushi at half time too. :p

The Arsenal team that played against the Tiny Totts cost thus:

Almunia: 500k

Sagna: 6million
Toure: £150k
Gilberto: 4.5million
Clichy: 500k

Diaby: 2million
Flamini: Free
Fabregas: Nominal
Hleb: 7.5million

Van Persie: 3.5million
Adebeyor: 3million

Subs
Rosicky: 6.8million
Song: 1million
Denilson: 3.4million

Total: 32.85million (that's the price of two Darren Bents).

In contrast the Spuds cost...

Paul Robinson: 1.5million

Pascal Chimbonda: 4.5million
Young-Pyo Lee: 1million
Younes Kaboul: 7million
Gareth Bale: 5million (could be 10, but we'll say 5 for now)

Michael Dawson: 8million
Tom Huddlestone: 2million
Jermaine Jenas: 9million
Steed Malbranque: 2million

Dimitar Berbatov: 10.9million
Mallet-faced Irish cartwheeling ****: 7million

Subs

Aaron Lennon: 1million
Darren Bent: 16million

Total: 74.9million

So even though we used one more sub your squad cost well over double ours (42 million more in fact) and yet we embarrassed you once again. Arsene Wenger is ace. Fat Potato head Dutch c*nt is a spoon.

And while 'soul' is not purely derived from the cash in bank - it is fair to say Sugar, Levy and Spurs have been a 'company' for many many years spending vast quantities of cash. Arsenal have been in the hands of genuine supporters and have gone about achieving success in a totally different way.

We have won so much with much less money than the other big 3 and in fact much less money than you lily whites! We are now apparently the second richest club in the world http://www.dailymail.co.uk/pages/liv...n_page_id=1779 and this has all been achieved by genuine supporters with a real love for the club.

We have 'soul' by the bucket load my son! 8)

The Ruskie can do one too the money grabbing fat barsteward. I've no doubt he will bring lots of cash but who needs it? Certainly not us at this moment in time...cos, er, who is top of the league? :)

i'll dig this one out come may time.

And i'll dig out the ones where Spurs were going to cruise into the ECL, writing Arsenal off with the loss of Terry Henry, etc etc :)

We will surprise a few people for sure..might not win it this year but this team is going to be great in years to come.
