Weekend Rundowns

Fri - Busy week at work so took the option of going straight home to relax, wife did the same, nice early night.

Sat - Bit of a lie in for once, domestic bliss and then headed off to see 'heartbroken friend' in London, well to be honest he was more like broken than heartbroken from the night before activities, got down there went out to a lovely italian come med resturant, can't remember the name but it was very reasonable prices, this seemed to sort mate out until we got back when general messiness ensued!!!

Headed up to Hoxton Square for a few beers and then decided we'd to head down to Farringdon, we were going to entertain Fabric (only because of Slam) but the queue was huge and we weighed up the idiots going and the wait vs the music and decided that we would give it a miss and went down the road to Fluid.....which in all honesty was very very good for £5 a pop......good music, good atmosphere and pints of beer (always a winner in my books!)...however my good friend started to get away with the fairies a little and was dancing round as if he was playing air decks (very random but put it down to him not getting out much of late and delerious state kicking in due to lack of sleep....people must of thought he was nuts, however I just left him to it)......headed off close to the end for more messiness back at his place.

Sun - Was up earlier than I wanted to be but thought I'd make a move home, not a great drive due to tiredness coupled with the united result. Got home a relaxed for the rest of the day ready for a manic week at work.

They had pints!?! I thought they only had bottles... downed several of their various Japanese beers, although to be honest I'd already consumed about 5 liters of beer that afternoon/evening and wasn't especially coherent

You could have said hello Was a good night, wasn't it? We left at 2 to go to the Egg but would have been just as well staying until the end.

Do you know what, if I'm honest I wasn't to sure who was who at first and I'm not really one to go upto people and say oh I'm blah blah from spotlight although towards the end of the night I did speak to Buckley (after vaguelly recognising him from pics on here) and then I put 2 and 2 together as to who others might be (one being yourself however by that time I think you'd gone home!)....so apologies , if I was sure who was who I would have been more forward !

Music was spot on, loved every minute of it. Dan i'm not sure how we can both agree on this music and yet we don't on others, ie Danny T!

Never heard Flav play before, I was very impressed. It was techno, but of the bouncey driving type, i'd most compare it to carl cox style i think.
