Weekend Rundowns

friday, drinks back at folks end of town (murkyside) quicly realised why i moved away. Grego have you ever had the misfortune of ending up at the sportsmans in r ferry? like a the bar scene in star wars.

saturday tai es arn, aka crazy wendys for thai food and karaoke in west didbsury, manchester. much more civilised.

btw Morbyd, my missus and a few pals are heading to moscow and st petersburgh in May - are there any must attend clubs or bars that you can reccomend? cheers!:)
 
All agreed about saturday at moS. Thought Eric was spot on, specially at the start. My night was slightly tarnished when i lost my phone though.
Good seeing you too Mark.

Thanks to Sarah for her hospitality afterwards ;) . Dont think my barry will ever be the same after sunday morning!!

why indeed. was one of the first pubs i ever got served in aged 12 or somethin.

one time me and my mate went in for a game of pool. popped 50p in the table, collected the sticks and started wracking 'em up. then a major diplomatic incident broke out as we were told "we were breaking house rules" as it was winner stayed on, we said who is the winner then and as the barman said "jonesy", there was a collective gasp from the star wars extras in there. anyway it transpired that jonesy had gone home and if we wanted to play we would have to wait for him to turn up!8O :lol:, in disbelief and as the scene began to become more and more reminscent of the titty twister in "from dusk till dawn".........we made a quick exit.

have to say that is one of the better establishments in the area too!:lol: :lol: 8O

Is the UK planning an invasion in May or something? Spotlight's own Cookie said he's coming out around that time too. :lol:

Hard to say right now as most club listings for May won't be out until mid-April. Ask me again closer to the date and I'll try to work out a decent club itinerary ;)
 
Fri: Went out for a few drinks and daftness became the order of the evening - Phil and a mate went into Entreprenerial Mode and set up about 3 businesses in the space of 3 hrs - no doubt registering them all at Companies House today - NOT!! Still it left the ladyeez time to chat about non-surgical cosmetic surgery - who has and who hasnt..... :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:

Sat: got hair done and tanned myself for the surprise party that evening - which was fabulous - it was great to see their faces when they walked into the bar - stunned they were - night turned into a Alcohol Fest, and then a sniffing extravaganza when we decided to pop over to Shindig for Mark Knight - good night too - I love it when plans change at the last minute and it all goes a bit mad...:lol: :lol: :lol: Stumbled in at stupid o'clock and woke up Phil who wasnt impressed...

Sun: Lazed around most of the day, (had a few teary moments as it was the first time I had been in the house on my own on a match day and its normally a Steph and Benson chill day - so that was a bit sad...:cry: :cry: :cry: :cry: ).
Watched the snow (all 10 mins of it :roll: ), went for the papers, cooked a lovely Sunday meal for one and watched the Everton v Arsenal match to ensure I had a happy hubby returning to the fold..... Bed by 10.00pm.....

Mon: Faithless tonight - really looking forward to it.
 
Hello...is it Tuesday already...what happened to Monday???

Anyways...Fri - Went to a bar nr Old Street, some brazilian one. So tired and went home to sleep at 10 cos mates wanted to go to T-Bar but que was too long for my bleary eyes

Sat - Huge one. Girl from Uni's pty in the west end for a few drinks. Lots of Old faces. Then to a school mates pty in Islington for a few more drinks about 11ish...then on to Fabric with a big bunch of mates around 2ish to see M.A.N.D.Y and Craig Richards. Bit hazy but M.A.N.D.Y were quality. No suprise there really. Havent been Fabric in a while and had fun though crowd wasnt amazingly up for it. Went to my fav place on leaving - Tinsletown for some munch and rolled in at 9am

Sun- Slept and sorted flat stuff out - Exchanging tommorow fingers X!!!

Yeah it has....Although the owner did threaten to pull out because he thought we were mincing around!

Quite excited. Will miss N London but nice to be moving out too! Plus heart of shoreditch so no more painful post clubbing journeys home

Everyone is invited to my housewarming! :D (still crossing those fingers until 3pm tom tho!)

I think I must have missed him (I dont even know who he is :oops: ) as I remember seeing Craig Richards as being on the list as starting at 230 which is not long after we got there

As I said it was all a bit messy by then so I did have periods where I kind of lost concentration musically...and Im sure there was one point where we were all chilling out and my mate started playing his Ipod with the Eric Prydz essential mix from a couple of weeks ago....best set of the night! :)
