Fri - few wines in town after work
Sat - in the day met Erin to play at being sophisticated ladieeeeez who lunch/shop/have treatments
Got very very very drunk indeed 
Went home and got more drunk (I'm never drinking Amaretto again 
) and tried to watch a DVD with Tom but it was too confusing for my little brain, plus the fact that I could see 8 screens wasn't helping my confusion 
Sun - met up with Rob and Erin for what was going to be a civilised Sunday roast, fastforward a few hours and we're on our 18th bottle of wine back at theirs playing Karaoke

TG - tainted love valentines ball @ Mass
Was one of the best TG events I've ever been to - loads of my friends were there. I had a red rubbery outfit tailored for the occasion...had to look smart because two friends dressed as horses (complete with tail made from real hair) got married in the wedding chapel downstairs.
Trying to get into work mode so I'll spare you the details.

Buenos dias, Mikkak 
Friday - Many after-work drinks with some former colleagues at a nice Italian cafe called, strangely enough, Venezia. Then to Fabrique for the club's birthday party.
Norman Jay headlined and I was a bit disappointed - he started out with some interesting mash-ups of last summer's hits then got more eclectic with house and electro, but his mixing was dire. His last half-hour was much improved but then he was off (2.5 hr set?). Shevtsov followed and was actually better. Later, off to my favorite morning haunt Mix where Meshkov was throwing down the techno with a vengeance.
Saturday - SportLand in the afternoon for the football. Then to a friend's housewarming party. Then over to meet some mates at Bar 30/7 (a decent NYC-style bar that turns into a cheezy nightclub as the night rolls on). Called it an early night at 4:30.
Sunday - Very rough shape. Spent much of day in bed with my laptop. The missus was kind enough to bring home some takeaway sushi.

mmmm I love Amaretto - can't drink too much of it though cos the coke ends up hurting my shoulders 
Fri - Night in, pampered myself with a face pack etc
Sat - work in afternoon, out at night was very very drunk
Sun - Went round my sisters, felt like death..
Still feel rough today and am upset because still haven't found a decent job :x

Drove down to Edinburgh for Ralph Lawson, got there late dude to being held back by atrocious conditions on the road. Glad I persevered as Lawson was ace, and despite my sobriety, I jumped about the place like a loon.
Anyone who isn't familiar with the Cabaret Voltaire nightclub, heres their website (check pics!). Its built into the vaults hidden beneath Edinburgh's famous mound!

Saturday, a local drunken affair at the Reading Rooms, absolutely rammed. This place is getting seriously busy these days. A year ago the same night was one man and his dog. Definately a buzz about Dundee's young people at the minute.
Ended up back at my pal Yvonne's who got a fixed penalty from the fuzz for having half the club back to hers. Woops!!

My weekend was very quiet but very nice:
Fri - went for a few wines down Southend with some old work colleagues, felt very tipsy after not drinking that much and fell asleep by 9 when I got in
Sat - saw my lovely nan and grandad bless them not seen them since before xmas, then saw my lovely other half as not seen him for a week had lovely dinner then relaxed for the rest of the night
Sun - went for a cafe lunch, mooch around the shops (couldnt get the fake tan I wanted ) then relaxed some more whilst having a fat roast dinner
Back to the grind today...........

I normally love Amaretto but after 1/2 bottle it gets a bit sickly
yes i'd vouch for that - it is gorge in moderation!
I tend to not know the meaning of the word 'moderation' Oooh - sounds lovely! I'd like an allotment! 8)

saturday: my best friend came around, we cooked a nice lunch, we drank a bottle of good wine and we watched the cup semi-final (basketball) and barça winning by far to La Peña At night went out with Pep to our fav japaness.
Sunday: we were supposed to go to the science museum with my nephews and nieces, but the youngest was ill so we took advantage of the sunny day and went for a long biking tour. Had a great paella by the sea and got back home where we meet lots of friends to watch the Basketball Cup Final and Barça smashing Real Madrid (first partial was 21/5) 8)

In university, my roommate and I used to buy these huge bottles of the good Amaretto. They were so heavy, they came with a wood & metal contraption to tilt the bottle for pouringTell me about it!
Amaretto Sours were our drink of choice. Like booze-filled candy in a glass!

Friday: Stayed in, watched brokeback mountain which I'd just bought on DVD with my lesbian housemates, once again all weeping by the end
Saturday: Drinks with old college friends in the afternoon, circo loco in the evening. Circo loco was good but I'd not eaten before I went out which was a bit of an error, ended up feeling quite ill and I had to leave earlyish.
Sunday: Watched the new episode of lost 8) but it wasn't all that good anyway. Still, shall continue watching as it's far too addictive
